
Kentucky Floods Kill at Least 10 Amid Record Rainfall
February 18, 2025: Severe flooding across Kentucky has left at least 12 people dead as record-breaking rainfall triggered widespread devastation.

Ukraine’s Air Force stated the apartment block was struck by a Russian Kh-22 missile, known to be inaccurate and that Ukraine lacks the air defences to decrease. The Soviet-era missile was developed in the Cold War, destroying warships.
Filatov stated that two stairwells, which include dozens of flats, were destroyed.
On Sunday, Russia fired two waves of missiles at Ukraine, striking targets all over the country which fights raged on the battlefield in the eastern towns of Soledar and Bakhmut.
Moscow invaded February, pounding Ukraine’s energy infrastructure with missiles and drones in October, causing total blackouts and disruptions to central which heats and running water.
“All assigned things were reached. The targets of the strike are being achieved,” it stated.
Rescuers toiled through the night quests for survivors. On Sunday morning, they punch and kick through heaped stacks of smashed concrete and twisted steal.
