Prince Charles and Camilla get the first vaccine

February 10, 2021: After a month of Queen and Prince Philip receive their coronavirus jabs, The Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall have received Covid-19 vaccinations, Clarence House has said. Prince Charles, aged 72, and Camilla, aged 73, are in their above 70’s who are being urged to come forward if they have not yet received the vaccine.

The royals are among 12.6 million people in the UK to have received a least one vaccine dose by now.

The vaccine’s name is still unknown what Prince Charles and Camilla received or if they took the same vaccine.

Prince Charles was tested positive for coronavirus in March last year after experiencing some mild symptoms.

The Duchess of Cornwall was also tested at the time, but the reports came negative.

In June, the Prince of Wales revealed to NHS staff that he had not fully regained his sense of smell and taste two months after having the disease.

Above the 70s are among the 15 million people being vaccinated in the first phase of the UK’s immunization program.

The government has targeted to vaccinate all of the above 70 aged people by February 15.

Several high-profile figures have also publicly revealed they have received the coronavirus jab.

Sir Elton John, aged 73, and Sir Michael Caine, aged 87, appear in an NHS advert which, released on Wednesday, urges the public to get vaccinated.

The video aims to “show others that getting the life-saving jab is easy and safe,” according to a statement.

It shows the pair who have both had their vaccines, appearing to audition for a part in an advert promoting the jab.

Tristar Coatings | Transforming The Painting Industry With Innovation | Svetlana Melkova

There are many challenges facing the painting and coating industry today, and the pandemic just added fuel to the fire. These include raw material shortages and the globalization of the painting and coating market. Other challenges include increasing regulations due to environmental concerns and increasing manufacturing costs and raw materials. Ontario-based Tristar Coatings has been able to leverage its extensive knowledge base and highly skilled chemists to provide the solutions today’s organizations need in the time they require it most. In overarching terms, customer performance requirements can mean increasing product output whilst streamlining the process in which that product is manufactured. This can come in the form of preparing the substrate before the painting process (whether that be with physical or chemical cleaning) or actual product modifications to prevent or promote certain properties in the coating (such as adhesion, corrosion protection, film build, UV resistance, etc.), but Tristar has it all.
